Article Abstract:

The Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC) National Fellows Program provides the ability to embrace change and other cultures in an increasingly complex national security environment and improve the performance and leadership of the people of an organization. The importance of this review program in increasing self-awareness and encouraging self-development and the need for new leader assimilation that involves assigning new positions of responsibility within the business to leaders is highlighted.

Transforming the Marine Corps marksmanship program

Article Abstract:

The Marine Corps combat marksmanship program (MCCMP) gives lessons of latest combat operations and includes the fundamental percepts. Members at the 2005 Marine Corps Marksmanship Symposium developed a proposal for an improved marksmanship program with its purpose, effectiveness and role in grounding all Marines in fundamental marksmanship principles.
