International cooperation

Article Abstract:

The impact of the change in the political situations on the Polish Navy, which has to undergo transformation under the new doctrine documents, is discussed. The main tasks of the Navy are to protect the economic interests at sea within the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), to protect sea borders and Sea Lines of Communications (SLOC) in order to establish international cooperation.

The logistic capabilities of the naval bases

Article Abstract:

The logistic capabilities of the Polish naval bases, which can serve various commercial functions from exchange of goods through construction of new ships to tourist services, are discussed. The naval bases are always ready to support ships in distress and two Polish Naval Bases are included in NATO Security Investment Programme.
