Phillip M. Balisle, Vice Admiral, Commander of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) talks about his role and responsibilities. The NAVSEA has the responsibility to be the technical authority for the U.S. Navy ships and submarines, changing the shape of the new systems for Navy-After-Next through human system integration and the use of engineering expertise.

The U.S.-led anti-Iraq war and naval combat issues

Article Abstract:

The US led anti-Iraq war lessons would certainly influence how the US Navy (USN) and Allied Navies would conduct warfare in the future. The lessons would help to modernize and transform components of those USN and Allied force structures designed to carry out future USN strategies and tactics to include employment of C4I for target prioritisation.
