The light fight in 2010

Article Abstract:

Army light divisions of the 21st century will be equipped with modern information systems and will be capable of fighting numerically superior opposing forces. The units can cover large areas and operate in different battlefields and conditions as well as conduct an air assault operations, provide flanking and rear-action security and launch infiltration attacks along with armored units. To attain their perceived role, new technologies should be provided and a restructuring of the units should be undertaken.
