Robyns feels that the question of recruitment in the Belgian Navy should be addressed urgently as many of the old naval personnel are medically unfit for sea life.

Netherlands completes handover of first M-class frigate to Belgium

Article Abstract:

The Belgian Navy received the first of two former Royal Netherlands Navy (RNLN) M-class frigates from the Dutch Ministry of Defense on March 29, 2007. The second M-class frigate is expected to be transferred in early 2009.
