SAAF's C-130 upgrade gets back on track

The South African Air Force (SAAF) C-130 Hercules upgrade program is largely back on track after being plagued by delays. The last of nine aircrafts (two ex-US Air Force C-130Bs received via the Excess Defence Articles [EDA] program and seven South Africa Air Force C-130BZs) will return to service in late 2006 three years behind schedule.
