Securing the space arena

Article Abstract:

The US Air Force is trying to preserve and protect the nations pulses in space. Nearest goal is made for the service's awareness about the happenings in space at any given time, and the service man are planning for defensive and offensive space systems to protect US satellites against any enemy.

Doing away with BDA

Article Abstract:

The proper bomb damage assessment (BDA) was the most important lesson learned by the United Stated in the Operation Iraq Freedom. The use of traditional BDA would be replaced by fully automated system in which the army personnel would not be required to assess the damage after a particular war.

Defense secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld signed new guidance laying the groundwork for all transformation projects in the US military. This guidance called 'Joint Operations Concepts' would guide everything from the development of exercises to the purchases of equipment among all services.
