The NATO response force

Article Abstract:

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is reported to have begun reforming and streamlining procedures of its command structures, pushing investment in capabilities where the alliance now has critical shortfalls acknowledging that security needs have changed since the end of the Cold War times. NATO members approved a set of new military priorities, known as the Prague Capabilities Commitment, in November 2002 that provides a narrow set of specific goals and plans to achieve them.

The totally integrated Air Force

Article Abstract:

The US Air Force is striving for the same sort of integrations at home stations as exists on deployments, blend together in a seamless, unified and integrated whole. Phase I initiatives would bring out blending of two F-16 units located at Hill AFB, Utah-the active duty 388th Fighter Wing and the Reserve 419th Fighter Wing and would form an 'Integrated fighter associate unit'.
