Gen. Nikola Ivanov Kolev, Chief of the General Staff, Bulgarian Armed Forces, discusses the evolving relationship between the civil and military leadership as well as the status of the military reforms. He describes about the reform of Bulgarian Armed Forces, the integration process, the participation in missions abroad, and the launch of some aspects of modernization projects.
