The Marine Corps' new distributed operations (DO) concept is aiming to make the infantry the best fighters in the world capable of overcoming the enemies on the ground. The DO technology will be introduced in three phases namely immediate action, components and integration.

The expanding role of robots and the combat engineer

Article Abstract:

The robots can handle several tasks to help the combat engineer in performing many of the most dangerous tasks. The Marine engineers underwent Robotics Usage and Integration Course, which was very instructional and useful course for the combat engineers.
