Warfare intelligence & technologies

Article Abstract:

The ways in which intelligence-gathering, intelligence-analysis and official interpretations of it might have affected US President George W. Bush's decision to go to war against Iraq in March 2003 are debated. It is believed that the results of these efforts would alter the operations of US and allied intelligence agencies in the near and distant future.
