Why things went wrong

Article Abstract:

The two major factors behind the Karbala war disaster, poor judgment among leaders and continued use of antiquated are discussed briefly. The Army aviation and the broader Army need to take an honest and critical look into the leadership failings and doctorial flaws that led to the Karbala tragedy.
