360networks moves to quell fears

360networks Inc. predicted that it will post an approximately 50% increase in its revenues and cash flow for the 2001 year. The company, attempting to stave off uncertainty about its future, expects to post as much as US$3.3 billion in revenues for the year.

360networks Inc. posted record sales for the 2000 third-quarter. The company however, posted a C$51 million loss for the period ending September 30, 2000 as a result of a C$53 million payout for executive compensation.
