A tax on mommy

Article Abstract:

The Japanese government is considering taxing housewives. They are eligible for full pension and are not contributing anything towards the fund. Taxing housewives is seen as unfair by those who believe that the pension would have been belated acknowledgement of their current unpaid contribution to society.
