The dramatic increase in the price of crude oil has raised hopes for many small oil companies and the public is prepared for a small loss in gold hopefuls invests aggressively in the oil and gas market. The prospects of Drillsearch Energy and its strengths and interests are detailed. Drillsearch Energy has attractive off shore exploration assets and its share of daily production is about 360 barrels of oil equivalent.

Recovery of Mosaic Oil and Lake Oil project using 'coiled tubing horizontal drilling with nitrified liquids' technology brought relief among its shareholders. MosaicEs Tinker 3H company is being used as a re-entry point for the new drilling concept. The technology will help to tap gas-rich but unproductive tight sands discovered in earlier drilling process.

The 20,000-share parcel of Samson Oil held by The Speculator represented more than 20% of the growing portfolio, so the holding was halved in order to balance the portfolio and reduce debt. The debt was reduced further with the sale of customers, the aggressive new player in automatic teller machines (ATMs) in Australia.
