Canary comeback

Article Abstract:

Investors are optimistic about real estate developments at Canary Wharf in London, England. In the 1980s Margaret Thatcher's government set up an enterprise zone in the Docklands, and in 1991 Britain's tallest building was built there. In 1992 the recession forced the project into bankruptcy, but in 1995 it was bought by investors led by Paul Reichmann. Approximately 99% of the finished space is occupied.
