Child labor in Pakistan
Article Abstract:
Pakistan has enacted laws that set strict limits on child labor, but they are generally not enforced. Factories are well stocked with child workers, who are valued by employers for their high production outputs and low pay. One fourth of the unskilled labor force in Pakistan is made up of children.
