Builders most likely to bribe, report finds

Article Abstract:

Vancouver, BC-based Placer Dome Inc. said that bribery is rampant in the mining and other Canadian industries. Transparency International, an independent watchdog organization, issued a report that says bribery is widely practiced in developing countries by companies seeking construction and public works contracts.
