E-tailers failing to deliver

Article Abstract:

The Boston, Mass.-based Boston Consulting Group and the Retail Council of Canada have released a report on e-commerce in Canada. The report, which shows that 12% of online purchases are never filled, warns that online copnsumers will reduce purchases if changes are not implemented.

E-tailers failing to protect shoppers

Article Abstract:

A new study by Ryerson Polytechnic University has found that e-commerce sites offer inadequate security and privacy measures for online consumers. The study, which ranked more than 170 e-commerce Web sites, reported that Amazon.com Inc. did not make the survey's Top 40 list.
