E-tailers push to deliver toys on time

After 1999's Christmas season debacle, when Toys 'R' Us failed many online customers by missing delivery dates, the entire industry was tarnished. The year 2000 shows Canadian toy companies like Mastermind Educational Technologies Inc., Zellers Inc., and Sears Canada Inc. working hard to restore customers' trust in online services.
