Getting specific: with his unruly party divided, Jean Chretien prepares to outline is policy options

Article Abstract:

Chretien will introduce his economic and social policies beginning in Jan 1993 in an effort to demonstrate his leadership. He has been criticized for indecision and lack of leadership that has divided the Liberal Party. Several issues are examined briefly.
