Tom Baxter has admitted to stealing the head of Ned Kelly from a Melbourne museum 20 years ago. He was so angry after seeing the skull displayed at the museum where Kelly was hanged in 1888 that he stole it. He later sold it for $8000, but kept possession of it. It is reportedly in West Australia.
