It's not easy being Sesame Street

Article Abstract:

The original Sesame Street program owned by the Children's Television Workshop needs to change its format to include longer narratives for children. Canadian Broadcasting Corp is managing the show's Canadian edition, called 'Sesame Park.' The company is asking its US counterpart to develop longer and more interesting stories, since the original short, quick and commercial format no longer attracts the current generation of children. The Sesame Street program has been on the air since the late 1960s.
