Joining forces in Halifax

Article Abstract:

Dalhousie Univ, Mount Saint Vincent Univ, the Technical Univ of Nova Scotia, and four other institutions intend to form a cooperative association, the Metro Halifax Universities Consortium. Nova Scotia Education Minister John MacEachern is expected to approve the creation of the consortium in Apr 1996.
