Article Abstract:

AT and T has alleged that the MCI, a long distance telephone carrier company has rerouted some calls to avoid paying fees but company officials dismiss any such allegations. If the charges are proved, it could be a blow to the company, which is desperately trying to emerge from bankruptcy but strong evidence does point to some amount of wrong doings.
