Some experts are optimistic about outcomes of the civil war in Iraq, considering the possibility of security and stability being brought to Iraq by 2008. The critics are however, worried about continuing civil war in Iraq even after the U.S. troops leave the country, which in turn would most likely spawn a sectarian regional war between Sunni and Shiite countries.
