Modern science

Article Abstract:

Ronald Numbers, a historian of science at the University of Wisconsin, Madison revealed that earlier, when people who studied nature were known as natural philosophers, not 'scientists' as they did not specialize in a single discipline, but were freely engaged in cross-disciplinary thinking. However, Charles Darwin's book 'The Origin of Species' changed the issue since his theory of how species evolved relied entirely on observable science.

Making the case for evolution

Article Abstract:

Intelligent-design advocates claim that the scientific evidence to support Charles Darwin's theory of evolution is thin as they cite the same examples of fossil and genetics repeatedly. However, biologists reveal that numerous types of evidence support the theory that includes the fact that all living organisms use the same molecules for their genetic codes DNA and RNA.

Darwin and God

Article Abstract:

An argument on Darwin's theory 'The Origin of Species' that explores how natural selection could have led to the emergence of humans as a distinct species is presented. Some scientists however, feel that one cannot simultaneously believe in Darwin's findings and the Christian God.
