National Post to miss loss-reduction targets

CanWest Global Communications Corp., which is led by president and chief executive officer Leonard Asper, reported that its National Post newspaper will fail to meet its loss reduction goals. The Toronto newspaper reported between $20 million and $25 million in losses for 2002.
