Not everything you like is bad for you; take alcohol, for example

Moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages can be beneficial, lowering the risk of heart disease. Heavy drinking, however, is bad for the body. Those with normal cholesterol levels need not avoid eggs or shellfish.
