The Ontario Securities Commission filed Securities Act charges against four ex-Atlas Cold Storage Income Trust officials, which alleged that they manipulated financial statements for nearly three years. The ex-officers named in the action are former president and chief executive officer Patrick Gouveia, former vice-president of finance Ronald Perryman, former chief officer Andrew Peters and former controller Paul Vickery.
