OSC to try Felderhof with his own words

The Ontario Securities Commission will present four years worth of faxes and letters between John Felderhof and Bre-X Minerals Ltd. as evidence against Mr. Felderhof in his trial. Mr. Felderhof has been accused of issuing false press releases and illegal insider trading while he was employed as a geologist at Bre-X.

Article Abstract:

The trail of former Bre-X Minerals Ltd. geologist, John Felderhof, revealed that he was aware of the company's shaky hold on Indonesian properties. The government has alleged that the former geologist sold shares in the company despite knowing that ownership of the Busang land was in doubt.
