Ontario could reclaim cash cow

Ontario's Liberal government is considering buying back Teranet Inc., the highly successful electronic land-registry service sold by Ontario's former Tory government. Buying the company could cost the Liberals up to $2-billion, a hefty premium given that Ontario sold its 50-percent stake to private investors for $370-million.
