Two new books, 'Storming Babylon: Preston Manning and the Rise of the Reform Party' and 'Preston Manning and the Reform Party, and Manning's own 'The New Canada' will spark a well-needed debate on the agenda of the Reform Party. The books reveal a man who is a devout Christian and profoundly conservative.
