Sexually transmitted diseases: The issue

Article Abstract:

The American Social Health Association revealed that though United States has the highest rates of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), still has no concerted, national campaign to prevent, treat and cure such infections. As per the Bush administration, 'abstinence plus' program that urges youth to wait until they are older to have sex and then to use contraceptives conscientiously, is the only 100 percent effective approach to avoid STD cases.
