The buck starts here

Article Abstract:

Japan would begin unwinding its policy of quantitative easing whereby reserves that are injected into the banking system by the central bank would be slowly wound down indicating that the three largest economies the US, Europe and Japan are edging to the same tightening of the monetary policy of the 1980s. Though there is strong improvement in the fundamentals of markets yet there is more dependency than before on foreign borrowing to fund deficits and any shift in the monetary policy would have adverse global implications.
