Property rights: The issues

Article Abstract:

Susette Kelo had purchased a Victorian cottage for $52,000 in 1997 at New London, Connecticut, but eight years later Pfizer opened a modern global drug-research facility, which required the demolition of Keto's cottage and similar ones. (NLDC) is abusing the well-established power of eminent domain by taking property not to benefit the public but to transfer their cherished homes to private interests.
