The non-recovery that stumps the economists

Article Abstract:

The prospects for Canada's economic recovery are uncertain since economists have not seen the combination of conditions since the recession of 1945. A comparison of economic conditions in the 1930s and the 1990s is presented. An economic policy does need to be formed to help Canada.
