According to the statistical findings, the education policy in Australia shows no positive signs in spending on the education system. According to the OECD report, in most countries government pays most of the costs of primary and secondary education but leaves the management of the educational institutions to the private sector, which is one of the reasons behind the failure.

Microsoft's chairman, Bill Gates, underestimated the power of the Internet in the mid-1990s, but his new book analyzes its impact on business. Amazon.com is losing money, but investors are betting the Internet book retailer will rebound and defeat traditional retailers.
