U.S. files suit against RxDepot

Article Abstract:

Carl Moore, the president of Tulsa, Okla.-based Rx Depot, said his company is being sued by the U.S. Department of Justice for importing Canadian drugs. Rx Depot, which has 85 outlets in the U.S., has been criticized by the FDA for importing discount drugs despite orders to stop the practice.
