Torrential rains and fearful winds bought by Cyclone Larry caused sever damage in Innisfail, Queensland. Peter Cosgrove who arrived in Innisfail to supervise the damage control and rehabilitation states that the damage caused in northern Queensland is huge and that $100m in relief fund announced by the federal government would not be enough.
