The best and worst 529 savings plans offered by different American states are presented. Arizona, Wyoming, Alabama, Tennessee and Maine are some of the states that come under worst listings as their savings plan do not give any benefit to the citizens. Utah, Michigan, Kansas and Colorado are some of the states that are providing best college saving plans.
