Property trust consolidation triggers re-rating

Article Abstract:

The impact of the major mergers and acquisitions of companies in America, listed on the Listed Property Trust (LPT), is described. The reason for the mergers is a desire to enhance the scale of operations, to take the management of the trusts in-house, which saves costs, and to maintain control of underlying assets.
