Consortia confirm nuclear resurgence

Article Abstract:

A combined construction and operating license (COL) regulation guides the process of building of nuclear plant. The financial costs detailed in the proposals by three new consortia with partnership with Department of Energy, formed for construction of nuclear reactors are studied.
