Polyurethane-1 for VOC 55 Hairsprays

Article Abstract:

A new study from Germany's BASF AG, which focuses on the environmentally-beneficial Polyurethane-1, examines the water-compatibility benefits of polymers for hair preparations. The study concludes that Polyurethane-1, which is used in water-containing hairspray products, is compatible with 55% VOC formulations.
