Circular concerning the drawing up and issuing of the 'Local Government Management Measures for National Debts Converted into Local Loans'
Article Abstract:
The Ministry of Finance has formulated the 'Local Government Management Measures for National Debts Converted into Local Loans'. This is done in order to implement the decision of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on increasing the issuance of national bonds and on transferring some of the funds from central treasury to local loans.
