Article Abstract:

A law is established which shows that 'the state protects the environment and natural resources and prevents and eliminates pollution and other hazards to the public'. The function of environmental protection law of the People's Republic of China is to ensure rational use of environment, and prevention and elimination of environmental pollution and damage to ecosystems.
