Genocide goes on: Rwanda

Article Abstract:

The international community has failed in its obligation to look into the matters of Genocide, which threatens with lack of funds to help those infected with HIV and AIDS through the bloodshed in Rwanda. More attention is given on building the tribunal to punish the perpetrators, conspirators, accomplices and inciters of the crime but not on assessment to anti-retroviral drugs and other treatment in HIV and AIDS.

Nuclear terrorism is the principal threat facing the world community and the nightmare of spread of these weapons all over the globe is still impending. Even after sixty years into the nuclear era, there is no awareness of the degree of danger, or demand for effective action. These issues can be taken up during the review meet of Non-Proliferation Treaty in May 2005.

A number of people have lost their lives during a nine-year insurgency in Nepal and there is an increase in human rights violation. There is a debate as to whether Nepal is a failed state or becoming one due to derailed national economy, poverty and large-scale unemployment.
