This article addresses the America and Britain's claims that Iraq was stockpiling weapons of mass destruction. The author argues the claims were knowingly false by the Bush administration and Tony Blair, maintaining the preemptive strike against Iraq served special interests.

An interview with Rolf Ekeus, former chief UN arms inspector for Iraq, is provided. Ekeus discusses the possibility of Saddam Hussein stockpiling weapons of mass destruction, maintaining the investigative process was shut down too early to make any firm conclusions.
