Article Abstract:

Some laws are formulated for the purpose of preventing and controlling atmospheric pollution, protecting and improving the people's environment and ecological environment, safeguarding human health, and promoting the development of socialist modernization. All units and individuals are obligated to protect the atmospheric environment and have the right to report on file charges against units or individuals that cause pollution to the atmospheric environment.
