The spooks, the media, and the NAACP

Article Abstract:

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) faces vigorous criticism from reporters striving to advance their careers by viciously criticizing the civil rights group's projects, funding and leaders. NAACP is an organization striving to defend social justice by ensuring and protecting rights of the black populace and will pursue this goal despite opposition from sections of the majority populace.

NAACP board, not media, elected evers-Williams

Article Abstract:

The negative media coverage and demonstrations at the annual meeting of NAACP did not affect NAACP board member's decision in choosing leaders for NAACP.
